1. Postage fees are not included in prices stated unless otherwise stated.

2.All items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.

3.Please note that seller will not be liable for any lost or damaged mail. Registered Mail is definitely encouraged.

4.Items will be properly bubble-wrapped to make sure it gets to you in the finest condition.

5. Once you send us your order, we will send you a confirmation reply on whether you have successfully placed the order.

6. Once confirmed, we will inform you to send payment.

7. Orders cannot be changed once payment is made & note that payment is to be made within 5 days after receiving the e.mail of the bank account. Otherwise, orders will be cancelled.

8. Item will be mailed out within about 3 working days upon receiving full payment.

9. In case if you are not interested in the item anymore, please inform me and not go MISSING IN ACTION.

10. Do allow 3-5 working days for us to help you remake if you are interested in the sold pieces.
